LEARFIELD - SOCIAL CONTENT SPECIALIST

Serve as an extension and liaison of the Vol Network local property sales staff embedded within the University of Tennessee athletic department’s digital creative team in order to lead efforts related to branded social media content to ideate, create, and produce sponsored social content for corporate partners.
Assist in the creation of branded content for various social media accounts including multimedia video production, event promotion, graphics, and sponsorable content.
Evaluate, interpret, and decode performance analytics for purposes of evaluating content performance, fan/follower growth strategies, and improving community engagement.

AUGUST 2020 - PRESENT

Play-by-play talent role for 51 nationally broadcasted athletic events for SEC Network in 2022/23. Sports covered include soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball.
Serve as host for internal live shows as well as conducting live interviews for feature stories.
Voice, edit, and produce content for the University of Tennessee’s jumbotron and weekly coaches’ shows for both football and basketball.

AUGUST 2021 - PRESENT

Produce and voice the “Vol Network Notebook,” A daily two-minute radio spot for state-wide affiliated stations promoting Tennessee athletics and Vol Network broadcasts.
Studio host for the Lady Vol Network in 2023 and select Vol Network broadcasts.

JUNE 2020 - JUNE 2021

Personally serviced thousands of manufactured home mortgages to best assist each customer while collecting monthly payments.
Received extensive training in the policies associated with financing and servicing manufactured home mortgages. Extensive experience in customer service.
Served as a trainer and mentor for spring college interns and new hires.
Placed within top two among all financial counselors in terms of contact made, with a monthly average of 47 customers a day.
